Every resident there looked fantastic. I could tell the staff takes an extra amount of time grooming and dressing the residents, which I think is fantastic. It really helps the residents to be able to take pride in their appearance. They didn't have any problems meeting my loved one's needs. They were always fully prepared and equipped. I can tell the staff members enjoy what they do, and enjoy taking care of my loved one. They are very considerate and kind. The medical staff works very hard to make sure I am notified immediately about every single important health decision for my loved one. I never have to worry. This provider's office is very well staffed. There's always someone to help me right away when I need it. The best part is that the staff is generally very knowledgeable and qualified.
Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. My loved one definitely doesn't get 24-hour care or supervision. In fact, they barely get any care or supervision at all. Most of the time, my loved one is left on their own. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They have mad some SERIOUS medication errors that have put my loved one's health at risk. This is NOT the level of service we expect and pay for. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. This caretaker was friendly enough. I was somewhat satisfied with their bedside manner.
They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
