I was an employee in the past and honestly the owners Janet and her daughter Donna couldn't give two craps about the residents. They only care about the money they get every month from them. These lad ies would rather buy themselves new cars then give extra money for the grocery budget for the residents. I've personally seen them drink on site in the office while residents were in the building asleep. They don't care about their employees either she would work us to the point of exhaustion. When they moved into the new location he haired two guys and a truck to move 20 something residents and the caregivers had to do EVERYTHING! then proceeded to not pay us overtime for the work we did. Take your loved ones somewhere else if you want correct care. I quit the next day after finding Janet drinking on duty.
Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. My loved one defini tely doesn't get 24-hour care or supervision. In fact, they barely get any care or supervision at all. Most of the time, my loved one is left on their own. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They have mad some SERIOUS medication errors that have put my loved one's health at risk. This is NOT the level of service we expect and pay for. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. This caretaker was friendly enough. I was somewhat satisfied with their bedside manner.

Very much so! They make an extra effort to always respect every residents' privacy

Definitely! I consistently receive calls letting me know what's going on
