I traveled from Miami to Boca Raton to have Dr. Gupta treat my broken arm. Best decision I could have made. Dr Gupta’s staff is very professional and efficient in setting up all the pre-op. Dr. Gupta tookthe time to explain the procedure in detail. Everything went exactly as he said. I was discharged from treatment six months post op. I had no pain, the healing process had progressed rapidly, telemed therapy had reached its max level and the scar was an ultra-thin line that was barely visible. Dr Gupta is a skilled surgeon who is also very personable and able to put his patients at ease about a situation that could be quite stressful.

Dr. Gupta obviously knows what he is doing but his lack of interaction with the patient is unacceptable. He is very difficult to get a hold of. His office is slow to function and no one seems to be working as a cohesive team. His office is very far from where we live so it didn't seem right that he was appointed as our doctor in the first place from the trauma center were originally admitted to. It is just frustrating that he didn't spend any time explaining the procedure--before or after--and that he had to be hounded by nurses over and over and over again to touch base with a patient who doesn't even know the outcome of surgery!
