I believe that everyone can do and benefit from yoga practice as long as they are willing to put in the time and the energy. I hope to help students discover yoga and understand the benefits of yoga practice.
I love to teach beginners and have prepared a beginners series of six 75 minute classes.
Because I am a recent graduate, I teach donation classes because I feel like I already gain so much from the experience as well.

I have over 200 hours of Hatha Yoga training from Yoga Yoga in Austin, TX and am a certified Yoga Alliance teacher. I currently am working towards completing the 500 hour program at Yoga Yoga. I will be attending Baylor Law School in May 2011.I believe that everyone can do and benefit from yoga practice as long as they are willing to put in the time and the energy.
