Dr. Marden was very nice, listened to my complaints, and responded with an ointment that I can use, that she gave me two vials at no charge, to try. If it works, she will provide a prescription for the compounded rub. It has seemed to help. She was very sympathetic to my needs and suggested other options for helping me. I was very impressed with her, and would highly recommend her to anyone. She spent quite a while with me, and in no way hurried me, although I'm sure it was well into her lunch break.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I'm usually taken back before my appointment time. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Dr. Marden takes time to listen to you and search for answers instead of using a cookie cutter approach.
