It's been about a year since I made my first appointment with Dr. Dan. I was feeling pain throughout my body. Dr. Dan's approach was holistic. My first consultation included a detail of my activities, and all my daily habits. One year later, I am walking without pain on my feet, or on my joints. The regular acupuncture treatments, fresh, home cooked meals, excluding any food that causes inflammation. Regular exercise, fruits and vegetables. Drinking a lot of water, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation exercises all have helped me feel and look younger at 70 than I looked and felt 3 years ago... thank you very much, Dr. Dan Yun!
