Ms. Spodak is nothing short of a miracle worker. I always know that if there is anyone who can help me to be pain-free it is Ilana. It amazes me that her method is not universally known and used by now, but then that is exactly what makes her so invaluable. She truly is a gifted healer who not only listens to the symptoms, but hears them through touch and then finds and fixes them from their origin. I highly recommend her to anybody who is suffering from pain. She undoubtedly WILL help you.

Absolutely the best out there. Ilana gave me hope, by helping to relieve my pain after multiple car accidents, and spinal surgery. She did what many therapists could not. And she genuinely cared. Never had to tell her where I needed the most attention, she always knew. She also gave me exercises that I could easily do at home.
