I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They always listen very carefully to all of my input and concerns. All my pet's treatment decisions are made collaboratively instead of them just telling me what to do. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They had one of the cleanest offices I've ever seen at any vet. I appreciated that they took the time to create a sterile environment for their patients. I loved how quickly they were able to get my pet in. My pet didn't have to suffer in the waiting room at all which I appreciated very much.

All of the advice they gave me was completely unbiased. I knew that they had my pet's best interest at heart. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

It’s hard to believe that one year ago we were contemplating the fact that our beloved dog was dying. Over a period of one year and after numerous rounds of medications and specialists without any improvement our four year old German shepherd was growing weaker each day. We were considering euthanasia, when it was suggested that we try taking him to a doctor that practices alternative medicine. I am so thankful that we did!
