We do so much these days, it can be difficult to find time to find quality moment for you but by seeing a nutrition counselor or Dietitian you will be surprised at the little changes you can make in your nutrition that can add years to your life. The old saying "we are what we eat" holds true.
. I have a degree in Nutrition Science and in Social and Behavioral Science as well as a National Credential as a Registered Dietary Technician. I am also trained as a Childhood Obesity Counselor through the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
