The only thing I like about this place is the nurse practitioner she is very nice and always smiling when I come in. As far as the medical assistants my first visit here they were rude. I tried to give them a second change and that was an epic fail. the doctor told me she felt like she was in the south side of Chicago when she walked in the room and when I asked her what she meant she said she's going to keep it to herself. I found that to very disrespectful, if you don't have anything nice to say don't say it at all. I was highly upset with the services I waited for over an hour in a room for the doctor to get there just for her to be rude to my boyfriend and I. they also lack medical assistants that know to do blood pressures correctly. Its unfortunate that my experience here was horrible because some of the people are great, but one bad apple ruins it for the rest. Professionalism needs to be implemented here and some of the medical assistants need to work on treating every patient like they are their first.
