Pleasant staff and Dr. My issue was with the billing. They tried to bill me twice for a co-pay and after an eye exam plus paying my co-pay I got a bill for 160.00! I have NEVER had to pay anything other than my co-pay! I have worn contacts lens for over 40 years (no changes to my insurance), and I have NEVER been asked to pay these excessive amounts (my insurance called them excessive and refused to pay).
GO ELSE WHERE! There are too many (good) choices out there to use someone that tries to rip you and your insurance provider off.
