The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect David Rickles. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Dr. Rickles has very poor social skills. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. The office was easy enough to find.
