I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Dr French has been practicing since 1976 and has numerous awards for surgery. Most of the doctor's awards are viewable in the patient room. His secretary Wendy is very professional and appears to be top of her field. She coordinates your care with precision and makes sure you are well informed. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Dr French performed a spinal surgery on me in the fall of 2009 and I count the surgery as a success. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. The office is a little hard to find but only because it is downtown. Once you know where it is, it is easy to get to with a nice parking garage. They also validate your parking.
