Caring and wonderful medical doctor.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They answered all of my questions, so I did feel like I learned a lot during the session. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
