The office was extremely disgusting and dingy! The couches were torn, the carpet was black with dirt and the doors had a sticky residue on them. It is need of a deep cleaning. The counselor was very distracted, bumping into things and knocking his items onto the floor. When asked a simple question, he seemed to change subjects and talk about something 10 years ago. Very disappointed that there was a $25 copay after.
