I am a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and help people with addictive problems to avoid relapse risks, overcome obstacles, and move on to a life of sobriety. My experience as a recovering alcoholic/addict with more than 23 years in recovery helps me relate to others who want to be sober.
As a clinical hypnotherapist, I want to help you engage your subconscious mind in the healing process. The subconscious mind is a powerful ally. I am a Certified Diplomate in Clinical Hypnotherapy with over 18 years of experience in using hypnosis to clear traumas, reduce fears and phobias, end habits like smoking or other addictions, and help with weight loss, sports enhancement, pain management, or additional personal issues.
