They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.

They have cancelled my appointment continually but I don't find out til I get there. They lie and say they called but it doesn't show up and they don't leave a message or they admit to it. My therapist makes a note that I need to see my doctor and I have the appointment but because it's one month early and I bring it to their attention and then they cancel and don't call me like they said but I have to call them. (my therapist wouldn't return my call) Then it was such a big deal that I not see my doctor one month early even though they did it but it's okay I see him two months late!!! This is the worst place and I wish my medicaid would pay for me to go somewhere else.
