always very kind and nice. they realize that with issues bad enough to need a therapist that u may have to cancel and work with you to get in asap to your needs . they are (atleast the wonderful two women i was blessed to get as my therapist and dr) professional and very qualified. i worried , for i wanted great connection with any but esp. this type dr., and i got it here with the first try. they never have a long wait, always nice , and even collect items for those who need it (such as clothing, caned goods) i am very pleased and would (and have) referred this business to anyone. as far as the extreme anxiety i had, i am sooo much better since recieving their help and the one medication(a lite antidepressant) that they made sure would work with my other medications and be the one for me. i also have another health issue that some medications aggrivate, they made sure this one was not to. again, i have only good reveiws for others.(and if u dont like the first dr or theripist u get -ask to try another. they want u to feel comfortable too...
