She helped me through postpartum depression. I liked her very much. She gave me concrete practical skills to work on to help me understand how to cope with it and ultimately get me through it and enjoy my baby.

Dr. Aidala most always runs 15 to 20 minutes late with rare apologies.
Sometimes she ends sessions abruptly without bringing it to closure.

I would not recommend her based on this. For the most part, I did not feel as though she was genuine in nature. I am very sensitive to this.
