Have you heard the saying that someone "doesn't suffer fools gladly"? This is Dr. Laura, if you bring you animal here and you don't show any interest in your animal or hearing about what is wrong with your animal you will have a less than wonderful experience here. I have taken all my animals here for the last 30 years, my mother took our animals here from the day the doors opened, we have never had a bad experience.

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me
