I've been using Dr Shenk as my Vet since 1979 when he opened his practice. My 14 year old Siamese was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor. (my best friend) I was told to leave a message if I needed advice or consultation and never got a return call. The message said to make an appointment for any emergecy, but I lost my friend yeasterday and I'm very disappointed in the service I received. I was told that the Dr was having some emotional problems and the staff apollogized for any incovenience.

Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time
