They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I loved how easy it was to get an appointment with them. They're always able to see my pet right away. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
