I need to speak with Dr. Gil. Please call my son's cell phone 209-595 5992. I am sorry it has taken me so long to write this. I would like to arrange payments for my cat Pinkie. Please help me. I can't pay the entire bill now. I am almost 70 years old,on disability and I have had not been able to save enough to pay the bill and it just gets. higher. I have not been well for the last couple of months and I wanted to pay in installments for 2-3 months. My income is limited but I will sign a document allowing you to be paid from my account every month on the 3rd of the monh for 2-3 months to pay the bill. Pinkie and I found each other by accident. I love her very much and she is a large part of my life. She gives me comfort and love and helps me stay a bit healthier. She was a frightened cat when we met. Please call my son's cell phone I am sorry it has taken to long. But I did not do this on purpose. I can't save enough fast enough. I can pay maybe $100 tomorrow. Please help me. I am sorry I wrote such a harsh letter before but it was not directed to you, doctor, at all. Please help me. (my computer is acting up so this may be the second letter in a few minutes. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Worst experience ever! They definitely have a LOT to learn about kindness. Plus, they're a ripoff with regard to "boarding" fees. If you are there even 1 minute past their 9 am cutoff to pick up your pet aftter being spayed/neutered, plan on spending $ for "boarding". And that's even if your in the door and waiting in line for 15 minutes. Such a ripoff. Disgusting. The staff are the worst!!
