Lakeville animal Hospital is a great place, they will even FAX updated health records tp the pet groomers for you. The people are great! and Dr. Wolfthal, the best!

They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I was left unimpressed. My cat broke his leg on a Sunday, requiring me to take him to a local 24/7/365 Animal Hospital. We were told we could follow up at our vet's office if we desired. Today, two days later, my cat got his splint wet which we were told needed immediate changing. First thing this morning I called Lakeville Animal Hospital and told them the issue. I explained that because my husband had only a small window to take our cat to the vet today, time was of the essence--if they could not take him, we would return to the 24/7/365 Hospital. I was told someone would call me right back. No one ever did. Three hours later I called them, and was told that absolutely the splint needed to be changed but they could not take him until Thursday (two days from now). Really?? I asked why no one called me, and the answer I got was "oh, gosh, sorry about that--someone put your file in the wrong pile. Ooops." Then she said, "you've never been here before, right?" OMG. I will never, ever go back.
