All of the advice they gave me was completely unbiased. I knew that they had my pet's best interest at heart. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Their credentials and diplomas were the first thing I noticed when I walked in the door. As soon as I saw them, it reassured me that I was taking my pet to someone with experience and skill. They were one of the most caring, devoted veterinarians I've ever seen. They made my pet feel very comfortable and loved.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
