AVOID!!! Our dog Olive died at Bayshore. When we went to pick up her remains, they gave us the wrong dog's remains. The fur clipping we requested was the wrong color and the paw prints we asked for were not even close to the correct size. I don't know where Olive's cremated remains are but she didn't come home with us. Bayshore has been unresponsive and unapologetic. I am a trial lawyer and will be suing Bayshore for their horrific negligence.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly & welcoming. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
