I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. new owners, took dog in 3x, checkups, shots all ok
then brought her in for small wound (bee bite- that she dug at)
dr said she needed emergency surgery where he would go in and look for underlying tumor she would have to be sedated etc, took her to another vet that day, suggested I keep clean and give Benadryl, she healed nicely - no problems, I'm sticking with the other vets office in Newburyport and wont be back to animal health ctr

Really nice vet clinic. Started going there years ago at the recommendation of a family friend and I was not disappointed. They are not a posh set up by today's standards -- appearance is a bit of the smaller "Norman Rockwell Picturesque-like" vet. That said, staff is really nice, helpful, caring. Docs are awesome...knowledgeable...and vetprices are right. And it's not a smorgashboard of different vet staff/faces where you don't get the same doc twice. Re prices -- I won't call them cheap as in cheap/no quality...but I will say they are definitely on the more reasonable end of vets when it comes to cost. But you are not compromising quality for reasonableness in cost. They are very very good.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
