Dr. Ogilvie believes that by removing obstacles to health and supporting the body through food based and energetic therapies, the body will have the tools necessary to heal itself.
Dr. Ogilvie also has a medical weight loss program in which he teaches clients how to Eat Real Food. The program contains a weight loss phase and a maintenance phase that are both based on combining proteins, fruits, and vegetables. Dr. Ogilvie uses education as the basis of his program to ensure that when the client leaves the program, he or she will still have the concepts necessary to maintain weight loss for life.
