I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. It was really loud in their office and it made the experience that much more stressful. They need to move to a quieter location. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. After you schedule an appointment you will be hit with a $ bill just for a yearly physical. He test you for everything and refers you to everyone, if you have a common cold he MIGHT be able to help you if not expect to be referred to a specialist.

One thing that really bothers me is bad breath, but I am happy to report that I have no complaints here. Their breath is always very fresh. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I have already referred my entire family to Dr. Makhlouf's office!
