Physical therapy staff excellent. However, front office staff lazy, unprofessional, disorganized, unresponsive, and inappropriate. Office staff, specifically Gail, irresponsible when taking care of patient forms and does not take accountability when she fails to be helpful. Instead, staff will provide excuses for their shortcomings rather than get what needs to be done completed in a timely fashion, and provide their excuses in a rude and inconsiderate manner. Front office staff places their own needs before the patients and their actions blatantly reflect this.
