"DR" Robertson is a SCAMMER!!! First he has you sign a contract that you agree to pay x amount per month for 4-5 visits a week. Then he reduces your visits to 1-2 a week while STILL REQUIRING YOU TO PAY THE SAME AMOUNT UP FRONT! And when you ask him for a breakdown of your visits per payments so you can keep track of it all, he never will give you one. I know when I left that I had visits HE OWES ME because I stupidly paid upfront but then stopped mid month. Now, over a year later, he is sending me bills saying I owe over $150. Also, the "bills" he sent shows that he charges $6 per ice pack that you use... you don't even get to keep them.. HE RE-USES THE ICE PACKS WITH EACH PATIENT... REQUIRING YOU TO WRAP THE ICE PACK IN A PAPER TOWEL PRIOR TO USE!!! Not only is he scamming me, but my insurance as well!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL!!!!!!! Watch your wallets with this guy everybody!
