Doctors are good, but the office workers are horrendous. They told me I would be recieving a call back 4 days later and it's been over 20 days and still no call from them.. I call them weekly and they keep telling me they will check with my insurance and get back to me but they never do.

Waited an hour and a half, when I went up to the office manager I was told we still need your chart. During my time at the office I heard the office manager tell an upset patient the results of their MRI so that they would get off the phone. Not sure if an office manager should be interpreting MRI results.
