Dr Hart had a great attitude and cared about healing people when he started. Years later he has other businesses and less customers due to the fact he cancels appointments last minute to golf or tan or go to the gym. He cares more about the money he makes and ways to get clients left by sending me a email blast no asking what he could do to get me back in or why I left! What a joke. Doesn't listen to you just talks about his new business trying to get you to go there insulting my skin? Get a clue if it was not for the friendly staff and Dr Jones his associate I wouldn't have stayed as long as I did. Too bad because I used love going there and loved Dr Jones but Dr Hart needs to get his head out of the clouds and start treating patients for the right reasons not to support his failing restaurant and skin care spa! The staff is dedicated because I wouldn't work for him if he is as money hungry as He appears I'm sure he pays for $#\@+
If u do go ask for Dr Jones he is awesome and cares truly cares and listens to you. I think the massage girl left because of the pay and that's too bad because she was by far the best in town. Sam was her name. Good luck I hope u hear these words and don't just blow it off because at one time you shined Dr Hart it would be nice to have been asked what you could do to get me back as a patient with a discount on a product or adjustment not just a standard email blast you sent 2000 other people who left because you stopped caring about people and focused on how much $ you could make by doing less and not paying attention to the thing that matters most.
