They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment. I didn't mind that they didn't offer on-site X-Rays, because they gave me directions to a lab that was five minutes away where I could get them. I was glad I didn't have to drive very far to get them done. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I felt very encouraged after my first appointment. After seeing how qualified and knowledgeable they were, I was hopeful that I would be able to get better under their care.
