This guy was my screwball roomate's boyfriend and I was bamboozled into going to him. He had just started his practice and I had just been in an auto accident. At the time, I did not like him and I also did not believe in Chiropractors. Even though I was not experiencing pain, she kept pressuring me, so I talked to Tim. He promised me he would not perform any chiropractic moves and that he would only charge my insurance; we agreed on heat treatments only. Then during my visit he asked if he could perform stretches on me. I became concerned, and he assured me that he would not perform a chiropractic move. Immediately he did a few weird things with my neck and then he pressed on my leg and hip and I heard a crack. I got up and angrily told him that he lied and just cracked my neck and back! He told me that "I would love it". I told him I would not love it and I was never going back to him again. The next morning my neck was in extreme pain and I had to go to Nova Care for treatments. It turns out I may have had a previous injury and the idiot NEVER GAVE ME AN X-RAY BEFORE WORKING ON ME...LET ALONE HE IS A FLAT OUT LIAR! Hey Timothy, you will be happy to know I still have problems that I did not have before seeing you! I had another doctor incident because you quacks are being licensed and getting away with not complying with the basic "Duty of Care" law! Yes, laugh now, but I am going to fight for third party cameras to be set up in doctor offices and surgery rooms!

LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES;
1 Ask for a list of side effects from having chiropractic moves performed. aka Patient Waiver Form that has the side effects listed out...not just "I am aware of the risks..."! I never thought the side effects were that important until now I will have dizzy pressure headaches with nausia FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE!
3 If you get a bad gut feeling about a doctor, turn around, run, and never go back. Trust your instincts!
4 If you can walk and perform basic daily necessities, DO NOT GO TO A CHIROPRACTOR OR HAVE AN EPIDURAL INJECTION!
5 Did you know that if you become disabled because of a quack doctor, that they will not approve disability for you? Think about it!
