One thing I really liked, was that they kept me updated about where I was at in the recovery process, and how long before I would be fully recovered. It gave me more of an idea about how much time I could expect to be recovering, and encouraged me on all the progress I had made. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

I just put down a whole lot of money to continue seeing them. I find the establishment to be a little crooked and greedy, but isn't that the American way to get rich? I hope that I would get a refund if I decide to not use it all. Foolish move after reading last review.

Not only did they not provide me with pain relief, but I was actually in even more pain when I left than when I went in. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
