They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
