What a deplorable excuse for a "medical" practice. I saw them for knee osteoarthritis and did their full "knee program." During this whole time, I never, NOT ONCE, saw a physician. They have this down to a science - a science of making money. I understand that the shots don't work for everyone and I was one of those people. But I did everything I was supposed to do, came for therapy three times a week (paying a substantial co-pay each time, even when it involved doing nothing more than doing exercises on my own), paid a fortune for braces that subsequent physicians said were useless because they off-loaded to a part of my knee that was gone anyway, and the bottom line is, the program was useless. Okay...that happens, but then they kept sending new bills, each time with stuff that hadn't been covered by insurance. When I balked, I was never allowed to talk to a billing supervisor and my repeated requests were denied.

I will say that the therapists who work here were very kind and pleasant. Perhaps their treatments work for some people. If you consider going here, just know that you are being shoved into a cookie cutter treatment plan and will never see a physician. And it's going to cost you a LOT of money, regardless of what your insurance may be.
