They've always been very reliable, and only cancel my appointment if there's an extreme emergency. I think they've only canceled it once the whole time I've been going there. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I didn't have to wait long at all in the waiting room. I spent less than fifteen minutes in there. They're one of the most caring psychologists I've ever met. They're always trying as hard as they can to make all their clients feel respected and important. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
