They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They need to show up on time for my appointments more often. Spending all that time waiting for them to show up gets very frustrating. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
