Faith is always able to answer simple questions over the phone. She only has me schedule appointments if necessary. The only drawback is that since she doesn't accept insurance, appointments are expensive. And now that my deductible is increasing so much and will exclude non-participating providers I will have to stop seeing her.

She's a great therapist though and she always remembers my circumstances and is able to relate to my new information easily, which is what I will miss. She is one of the most reliable psychologists I've ever been to.
She never cancels my appointments and always make sure they are available when they say they will be. She has never been late to any of my appointments.
