Barbara Gaudio, LMT, CH first opened her office in 1997. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of CT and is nationally certified with NCBTMB. Since her initial training at the CT Center of Massage Therapy, Barbara has received additional training in Frozen Shoulder and Hip, Myoskeletal Issues, Fibromyalgia, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Hawaiian Mana Lomi Massage. She is a Certified Practitioner of Reflexology, Maother's Massage, and CORE Myofascial Release. Barbara offers therapeutic and deep tissue massage for the entire family to address their specific needs.

In 1998, Barbara became a Reiki Master and offers Reiki to clients as a service to augment their holisticc care either during their massage or reflexology session as an option to promote self healing or as a seperate session for stress reduction to achieve a sense of well being.
