She is one of the kindest, most caring professionals I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, she was always happy to help me. She never used foul language,The entire time I was there, her entire attention was focused on me. I felt very cared for. Dr. Schaefer was direct and honest and compassionate, even when, appropriately, making observations about my life issues. She doesn't mince words and is firm, and direct when needed. I don't know if she knows how profoundly positive an impact she had on my life.
