Doris is a Christian counselor. She will not push her faith on you but will be glad to answer questions. She has never advocated for our divorce. She has always said decisions are ours and her job is to help us explore the options that are best for our family as we arrive at the direction we wish to head. She does not make our decisions. It was hard work, not easy fluffy feel good experiences all the way through, but the journey was well worth the effort put forth.

Christian Therapist she is not. She never mentions God at all. What kind of Christian therapist promotes divorce? Doris does. I thought Christianity promoted love and forgiveness and to walk like Jesus. She needs to remove the "Christian" portion of her marketing, she promotes none of the Christian values I was raised with. Never did I hear her talk about forgiveness, love or the Bible at any time, ever.

She trains you to hate your spouse and turn her into a monster, so by the time you're divorced, you hate marriage and your wife and need years of therapy.

Save your money and time and find anyone; a barber, a trainer, anyone or anything, even a bartender would be better and that's a last resort.
