They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their waiting room staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I thought the waiting room should have been more child friendly-children's books and toys- but there were only grown up magazines and some coloring books. The counselors and psychiatrists were fabulous. i thought my child would be uncomfortable talking to the stranger, but she knew how to put him at ease and get him engaged. The office had toys. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
