Every time I go, I'm always surprised by how respectful and courteous they are. I've never been treated with more respect by any other professional. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Whenever I have an emergency, I know that I can always count on them to be available. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
