Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I was shocked when they took a personal phone call right in front of me, in the middle of my appointment. It was so incredibly rude.
