I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I can't believe they made me wait in the waiting room that long. It felt like I was in there for hours. I have left messages to have a call returned and haven't received them. I would like to have my case turned over closer to West Broad Street, it is only minutes within walking distances and would be much easier for me to get the counseling I need when needed.
