Jane is far from professional. She spends more time demonstrating her lack of authority over her dog, which should've been a clue as to how her therapy and counseling abilities would be. Needless to say, she did more damage to our family in the handful of sessions we had with her than our own family had done to each other over decades. Thumbs down--beware if you use her!
