Michael Murrell, CEO of Murrell Counseling Services
This Clinic has served the people of Southwest Missouri since 1987. The clinic includes the practices of Dr. Jeff Maloney Ph. D. and Timothy Blanton, MA. Dr. Murrell has been recognized by the Missouri Psychological Association for providing care for clients for more than 30 years. He was honored in 2015 by his peers at the annual M.O.P.A. conference. Dr. Maloney is a professor Emeritus at Missouri State Univeristy in addition to his practice at Murrell Counseling Services. He has been a practicing psychologist for more than 40 years, is a retired Naval Officer and specializes, along with Dr. Murrell, in treating PTSD with EMDR. Mr. Timothy Blanton is specialized in working with psychological testing with both adults and children. He has been active as a clinician for three years and is also a Christian counselor.
