It's really unfortunate that the Dr. Williams rating is associated with his administrative support. He is such a warm provider that gives relief immediately. The ladies at the front are rude, mean and not what people with mental health issues and hurting need and that rolling around in the chair from the office to the reception area is not a good look. If it's not a medical condition please get up and walk.
